Impressions Serving a nice selection of food Cafe Rouge can be very nice however, this is completely inconsistent and your just as likely to get something which is horrible and badly cooked

Service Incredibly slow and forgetful.  Fake French accents.

Food & Drink The onion soup is very nice and the poulet jambon is also nice. However the liver managed to be both over cooked and under done at the same time.....?
